Leading African technology company Liquid Intelligent Technologies to acquire Telrad, an innovative technology business with an extensive B2B offering<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Telrad\u2019s strong R&D program and technology solutions to complement Liquid Intelligent Technologies\u2019 owned infrastructure and digital solutions offerings<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n

London and Tel Aviv \u2013 Liquid Intelligent Technologies (“Liquid\u201d), a pan-African technology group, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Telrad (TASE: ILA), an Israeli-based technology company.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Telrad provides and maintains high quality technology products and services for global business and governments. The company develops innovative technology solutions across business areas including networking, cyber security, cloud infrastructure, data centres, information technology, geoinformatics, and education.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

This transaction brings together Telrad\u2019s differentiated technology solutions with those of Liquids\u2019 unique, integrated platform of digital infrastructure and services. Telrad\u2019s technology solutions and extensive R&D capabilities, including two dedicated R&D centers, will complement Liquids\u2019 offerings and support its long-term growth strategy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The acquisition will strengthen Liquid\u2019s B2B product segments and its geographic reach, leveraging Telrad\u2019s presence in 13 countries across the Middle East, South America, United States, Eastern Europe and Asia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
